For your convenience, we accept many types of health insurance, cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Patients may also be eligible for payment plans on larger outstanding balances.
New patients are kindly asked to pay their need portion at the first visit, including any applicable copayments, deductibles and coinsurance. Coverage and payment responsibilities could vary by insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurance giver or our office with any questions before your appointment.
